I have already started to reap the benefits of the great autumn studio clean-up – finally a newly completed painting ‘Quackers’:
Acrylic on canvas
Firstly apologies for the bad photography – there are rumours that I *may* have been painting this right up until the last minute which meant photographing it in bad light and in a rush! This was for a friends thirtieth birthday - in the absence of being able to afford to buy her real retro flying ducks this was the next best thing.
Despite a collection of other (very over-due) unfinished paintings for friends, I am currently refocused on my own studio practice as I try to get some new works completed for submission to a couple of upcoming open exhibitions.
